Nancy Campbell

I am primarily a landscape painter. I am most comfortable painting views of the neighborhoods I know, that I’ve observed in all seasons and times of day for many years. My most familiar places are in the village of Saugerties, where I have lived for more than 40 years, and the rural roads of the town. It is always the light that catches my attention, and the way it transforms and reveals the beauty of the “ordinary” places we take for granted in our daily lives.
