Now is my time to craft images that appeal first and foremost to me. Sure it would be nice if they occasionally lit someone elses' bulb, but it matters less now that I'm looking at the short end of the stick. Humor and satire underline my work. I sometimes pay homage to other artists, for example, Vermeer.
